Refund Policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity:

A. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

In contracts for the delivery of data not stored on a physical data carrier, which are produced and provided in digital form (digital content), the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eskadenia GmbH, Aumunder Heide 76, 28755 Bremen, Germany, Email: shop@estarta.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the withdrawal period has expired and you have confirmed your awareness that by agreeing to the commencement of the execution of the contract you lose your right of withdrawal.
